Start where you are.

Some families are planning quietly ahead. Others are responding to a change and need help this week. Both are a fine place to begin.

Questions families ask first

My parent doesn't want help. Can we still start?

Yes. Many families begin with the Plan on their own to get oriented — it's built in part to help you open the conversation with loved ones. When family members see things differently, we make room for the conversation, so everyone feels heard.

What if we're not sure a move is the answer?

That's the question the Compass is built around. It gives you a clear method for weighing staying at home against moving to senior living, based on your family's needs, values and preferences — before anyone commits to anything.

Do you sell care, housing, or financial products?

Never. We take no commissions or referral fees. When something calls for specialized expertise, we connect you with the right professionals — but you pay us, and only us.

Do we have to take these services in order?

No. Each stands on its own, and plenty of families only ever need one. That said, the Plan gives a Planning Conversation a head start.

Whose interests are you representing?

Yours. We're neutral, third-party specialists in aging — Certified Senior Advisors who guide you through the six areas of aging readiness, focusing entirely on what your family needs most right now — with the senior's interest as our north star.

We're out of state. Does that work?

It works well. We're based in outside of Philadelphia, PA and serve families nationwide by video and phone, with a national network of Certified Senior Advisors for on-the-ground needs.
