Steve Marshall is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a licensed attorney and real estate broker. He brings this knowledge to bear to offer unique insights into the practical aspects of life planning. His multi-disciplinary background ensures clients receive well-rounded guidance on complex decisions.
As Certified Senior Advisors (CSA), we are part of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, one of the world’s largest organizations dedicated to educating and certifying professionals who serve older adults. Established in 1997, the Society brings together a wealth of knowledge from doctors, attorneys, gerontologists, and other experts to create standardized education and credentials for those working with older adults.

Our Story
As lifelong residents of the Philadelphia suburbs, Steve and Jill are deeply invested in their community. Married since 1998 and proud parents of two children, they understand firsthand the importance of proactive planning for families. When not serving clients, they maintain an active lifestyle teaching yoga, enjoying live music, and contributing to local volunteer initiatives.
