Steve and Jill Marshall built Silver Path after navigating their own parents' aging journeys — and realizing most families are doing it alone, without a guide.
OUR VISION
Turning personal experience into purposeful work.
When our own parents needed care, we faced the same overwhelming decisions our clients face today — managing healthcare, legal matters, finances, and family dynamics, all while juggling our own lives.
That experience changed everything. We realized that our culture hasn't built the systems to help families plan for this important life stage. As millions of Baby Boomers enter retirement, we saw an opportunity to reimagine how our society supports aging. We believe in empowering families to plan ahead before challenges arise — but we also know that life doesn't always wait.

Jill Marshall

Jill's background in financial services and senior leadership gives her a sharp eye for the big picture. Calm and analytical by nature, she helps families think through the full scope of aging decisions with clarity and ease.
Outside of Silver Path, Steve and Jill teach yoga in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia. The patience, presence, and compassion cultivated through that practice naturally extend to the way they support seniors and families navigating life's transitions.

The CSA credential is awarded by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors — the organization that trains and certifies professionals who specialize in working with older adults. As CSAs, we bring that specialized expertise to every family we work with. Earning the credential requires:
